Executive Coaching is: Supporting

For Lighthouse Consulting, coaching is often naturally embedded
in the other services provided to clients. Coaching draws on Lighthouse
Consulting's vast experience with growing companies and a variety
of leadership styles, as well as possessing a breadth and depth
of knowledge about how to successfully combine these components
to make growth a successful undertaking. Though coaching is a
natural part of the other services that Lighthouse offers, it
is sometimes offered independently. In such cases, Lighthouse
helps leaders by: providing objectivity, adding capacity and depth
to the leadership role, and infusing clear thinking, planning
